Math - MATH 099 Elementary Algebra - Completed online math class at HVCC for Spring 2015 Semester. This class is considered
remedial and did not earn credits. This class was taken to establish a foundation prior to taking credit-bearing math courses
at HVCC to satisfy requirements of a degree in Computer Science. 3 (E) Scored 51/52 on Final Exam! 50 hrs
Physical Education: Recumbent Bike, Walking 3 (G) 20 hrs
Teacher Comments: Jacob ended up taking only one online class at HVCC this quarter. The Math 099 course he took was remedial
because I wanted to make sure he truly had a firm grasp of every concept he would be later tested on and assumed to fully
understand in upcoming math courses at HVCC. Presently Jacob is still only 3 credits away from completing the 24 Hour Credit
Program at HVCC. As of the date of this quarterly report being filed, Jacob is in the midst of completing the final 3 credits
of math to satisfy the requirements of the 24 Hour Credit Program. He will finish that class on June 26th, at which point
the 4th Quarterly Report will be submitted. Once the Graduation Equivalency Certificate is received, a copy of that will be
sent to the Bethlehem Central School District as well.
